To anyone who enjoys the game of baseball or any sport, purity is extremely important. After all, watching a game emulates an escape from the trepidations of daily life. Children watch and emulate baseball players by trying to develop core values such as: teamwork, sportsmanship, and humility. Barry Bonds doesn't represent any of those qualities. If these were the only gripes, he should be allowed in. On the other hand, he represents an underground culture that tears apart the sanctity of the game. Barry Bonds just grew.
