There's a Jamaican proverb which states: "No call alligator long mouth till you pass him." Now that's wisdom. Granted, it's also courage, in the sense that you chose to walk by the alligator in the first place. The fact that you will walk into the next day, alive, is because you made use of the wisdom you acquired from previous life experiences. Courage is a virtue looked upon with great regard. Rightly so, if it's applied to the proper circumstances, with the support of wisdom under it. However, we can be courageous, and stupid, at the same time. In the end...we may meet our end.
