Currently undergoing a huge career change from one employment sector of electrical/electronics engineering into, hopefully, a new career that will take me down the educational practitioner path. Not only that upheaval going on, but I will also be moving abroad over the next year to start a new life in Crete, Greece, with my beautiful wife and our shaggy German Shepherd, Jake.
I love creative writing and the way that a story can take you places you never dreamt of when you first get that inkling of a storyline. Recently completed my Bachelors of Science, eighteen years later than most, but I feel it was worth having the life experience whilst learning.
In the past I have worked on many varied items of electrical communications, navigational aids and computing/server systems. Also over the years have gained accreditation as a basic Emergency Medical Technician (bEMT) and an elementary pilot in hang-gliding and para-gliding as well as completing 50 freefall parachute jumps way back in my youth!
Now looking forward to seeing what the future holds and where my writing can take me. I hope you can join me on the journey.
Thanks for taking the time to look through my profile and looking at some of my articles. If you wish to provide any feedback at all, or just want to drop me a line to say hi, then please feel free to contact me.
Best regards and good health,
Ian
