Last week President Bush met with Mexican President Caldern and Canadian Prime Minister Harper. The topic at hand?... The Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) a plan for a North American Union that would merge the U.S. with Canada and Mexico. I have heard a few people suggest that this kind of union is necessary to support an economy that would compete with the EU.
