I've been an animal lover and volunteer all my life, and wanted to bring all the skills I've developed to help improve the wellbeing and happiness of people and animals worldwide.

To this end, I've a site together, http://www.getactivewithanimals.com, plus one for chocoholics (as I am one) at http://www.chocolatetreats4me.co.uk

In my lifetime, I've helped people fulfill goals and make changes in their lives, and as a trained and qualified coach and a writer too, I wanted to use these skills to encourage people to change the world for the better - to themselves, to others (people or animals). For the all the wonders and powers of technology - we wouldn't have this site without it! - I do think the joys and beauty and calm of nature and the animal kingdom gets forgotten.

I also love traveling, hence my entries to the travel section - we've spent a lot of time in France, Italy, Switzerland and Spain, for example.
