My name is Kim and writing is a passion. Although I have not agressively persued publication of my work, I have had poetry published in National Geographic .
I continue to work with my community. Writing for local papers and creating flyers and pamphlets aimed at dealing with the drug and alcohol problems that destroy our young.
Much of my writing deals with who I am. Where I came from and who I am today.
I believe my story, written in poetry and song, others can truly relate to. I also believe some of my words are similar to those whom some people fear to speak.
I am a married mother of two living in Indiana. Just an ordinary person who writes when the words come to me.

I dreamt of my future my children my spouse. Good things would forever remain. A home with dysfunction and no where to go. With a baby whom I knew for sure. Would never reside in the mess of my life. So the pain I would have to ...
