I'm a serious free sample seeker (since 2004) and here are the best sites I've found. I don't know if I should admit this, but I have a serious addiction to getting free samples in the mail. I don't take it so far as requesting every dang freebie under the sun, but I do like a good chocolate bar by mail every now and then.
