About me

Hmmm...About Me...Well I am 32 (33 in Aug/07), Married with three children ages 14, 10, and 3.

I was saved on July 11,2002. A day I will never forget and treasure for the rest of my life. Does this mean I am a perfect Christian? No way! But I do press on with all my might. Do I fall? All the time! But I get back up (with God's help and love of course), dust myself off, and move forward.

I was brought home in Nov/06 by my youngest son's illness. In searching the internet for educational things I could do at home with him, the LORD introduced me to the homeschooling community. I decided then to bring my older children home to homeschool them also. Since then I have been on the most amazing journey with my Lord and Savior and my loving children.

I have alway loved reading and now I am getting this incredible desire to write. I believe the LORD is setting something up in my life with the homeschooling and writing. I have an expectancy in my spirit that I can not explain. Kind of like a woman about to give birth. I am not quite sure what it is exactly, but I am enjoying the ride.

We've realized it is time to stop trying to impress the "Jones's" with the expensive cars, houses, and living way beyond our means and go back to the days when mom's stayed home. Most of us homeschool our children. By spending more time with our children, we are again teaching them morals and the education they need and are not receiving fr...
