I am an Australian lyricist a composer, and poet. I am currently in the process of writing a novel and completing a journalism course. In am hoping to release some poetry books and childrens books next year.
I have in the past written poetry which was published in anthologies. I have been involved in the music industry and had a CD and film clip produced in the late 90's. One song and the film clip was used for the Built Environment Protocol. This song was also submitted for the 2000 Olympics and reviewed by it's musical committee in Sydney Australia. I feel strongly for peace in the world and have composed many peices in relation to matters which concern a striving for peace in the world today. One such song 'Game of War, I distributed to the vetrans whilst attending the '40th Anniversary for the Battle of Long Tan', in Canberra, where I met the then Prime Mnister John Howard.
I am currently working with a new Australian artist. I am hoping to secure work involving journalism. I do hope those on Helium enjoy my submissions.

Writing and Music is in the blood, back three generations I am aware of
Let us give praise for all
life's little things,
the ones we often do not see.
Do not forget the precious things we need,
the simply act of the air we breathe.
Be it clean and fresh without disease,
unlike countries with unease.
The crystal waters from our taps,
to quench our thirst or wash away the dirt.
Praise for time to comfort those in need,
with a compassionate ear to understand.
The simply act of night and day,
a soft place to rest your head again.
Fresh food arriving on your plate,
despite the way it really tastes.
Solitude to rest our soul,
