Ingredients 2 large field mushrooms. 4 rashers of bacon 50g extra mature Cheddar 50g Gorgonzola or other strong flavored dry cheese The most important part of this starter is presentation as it is very easy to make. Break off the stems of the mushrooms and save them. Dice the bacon and mushroom stems. Grate the Cheddar and crumble your Gorgonzola into it.
