I write a lot for the A&A channel, as well as at Constant Content. I also organize Helium's official Atheism and Agnosticism Zone. Links are available at right (and down a little).
In my high school years, I won a county-wide contest, and wrote and proofread at a local historical magazine. The endeavors earned published status for my work in two magazines and a book. I also reached 50,000 words in the National Novel Writing Month challenges of 2003 and 2006. More recently, I've completed several short to mid-length fanfiction novels, and while I'm now leaving unpaid fan fiction behind, I'm still writing as much as I can.
I've grown especially interested in astronomy, skepticism, meditation, pastafarianism, Buddhist philosophy, my new mini hemp-jewelry business, and the writings of the "Four Horsemen:" Daniel Dennett, Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, and Christopher Hitchens. I follow the exploits of the loosely-defined, anti-Scientology "Anonymous" protesters, cheering them on from afar, and am philosophically opposed to most aspects of religion.
Chocolate chai tea, antique books, Firefly, fresh sketching pencils, pastafarianism, Discworld books, and my timid little gray Writer's Cat(TM), Griever, make me feel gooey and fuzzy inside.
