I was born in upstate New York, to a town of 300 people and ten times as many cows. I attended college on Long Island for two years and thanks to a few friends and an excellent English/writing professor am now transferring to Binghamton University as a creative writing major. The most central characters in Tarantino's Pulp Fiction are arguably "Butch", played by Bruce Willis, and "Jules" played by Samuel L. Jackson. Not only does the plot depend on and revolve around these two men, but also the underlying themes of chivalry, spirituality, and love are woven throughout their actions. Both characters are given choices throughout the film, which, if not carefully made, could very well be the end of either of them.
