Take me back to elementary school where we learned how to write to get a "4" on our statewide examination called the TAAS test (Texas Academic Assessment of Students). I always made sure I had the most elaborate details and used words that I thought no other student would use. The teachers called those multiple syllable words "fifty cent words"... no, not the rapper. Ever since then, writing has been an outlet for me and a way to express my feelings without broadcasting it to the world. I still keep a daily journal for my most intimate thoughts but now I am ready to share my thoughts about life with you.
