: About Me

I have been recognise for my writing talent from a very young age. I always annoyed other kids by winning the essay writing competion time and again - a trend which continued at high school. With this some evidence it seemed appropriate to pursue a career that included writing.

So from journalism to public relations, advertising, marketing and journalism, I have covered the full gamut of the communications arena. In so doing I have learnt about a variety of industries, sufficiently well to become a jargon specialist in each. Sadly this excludes IT where the TLA or three letter acronym as it is also known, fires at overwhelming speed and abundance.

My writing style varies from snappy to sophisticated, to suite the brief or medium, but it is never shmoozy. I do not shmooze although I secretly fear it may have some significant marketing benefits I may be missing out on.

I spin (on a bike that is and not in the PR sense) three to four times a week to eliminate any potential dizziness, and promote clear-headed creativity. (is there such a thing?)

Never has there been a more important time to save.
