Hi! I am so glad I stumbled on to this site. I have a passion for writing and always look for ways to improve my skills. This does seem like the perfect place for me.
As well as writing, I have enjoyed a career in endurance races for over 30 years. Including over 35 marathons and 14 Ironman Triathlons.
I have also written a book on the subject of the Ironman and it is called "Ironstruck...the Ironman Triathlon Journey."
It can be viewed and/or purchased here>>>>>>>>http://www.lulu.com/content/543252
Hopefully I will be able to submit articles on training and nutrition etc. that some may find helpful.

Everyone in the world.
Researchers are quick to say that the AIDS virus is caused by drug use among the African-American population.
Or the rampant homosexual activities in the prisons.
Of course, that is all true.
However in order to stop the insidious spread of the AIDS virus, we have to go far, far back. Back to the very root of the problem. When a black ba...
