Ingredients: 400 gms of Shrimps, a few sprigs of Parsley, 8-10 Peppercorns, 25-30 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsps of butter, 1 tbsp of mustard paste, salt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Method: 1. Remove the heads and shells of the shrimps. Devein and wash well. Drain thoroughly. 2. Wash and dry the parsley. Chop finely and keep aside. Crush the peppercorns. Peel, wash and grind garlic to make a paste. 3. Heat butter in a pan and fry the garlic paste briefly. Add the shrimps, mustard paste, lemon juice, freshly crushed peppercorns and salt.
