I am 35 and live in Los Angeles with my husband, Raphael. We've been married 2 years!

I love people and look forward to using my writing skills to become more connected to others with the same passion I have, whichever passion that takes, depending on said individual.

I am a writer, a receptionist or office worker and at the moment, I am unemployed. That will change soon, I hope.

I'm an extremely positive person. I always try to see the "glass as half full" because it's just too easy to get depressed and lose hope- this isn't a loving country towards it's poor citizens, in fact, it's downright unfriendly and hostile. Therefore, I refuse to quit- to give up and let the possibility of failure be an option. I don't ask for riches or fame; I only ask for enough to help my family and maybe contribute to charity. It's not that I think being rich is any better than being poor- it's just that I want to have a relationship with God that doesn't include begging for needs all the time.

I have a great sense of humor. I love to laugh, watch movies, read books, especially authors like Jonathan Kellerman, Stephen King, etc.

Although I have no personal experience, not knowing how to ski, I feel that it's more likely that you can learn mechanical technique of how to ski but not how to ski itself. Learning to ski without being physically involved is like considering yourself a champion biker because you read a book on how to ride one. You understand the principles, reasons, and mechanics of riding the bike but no first hand knowledge.

Skiing is an excellent form of exercise. It's also very hard work and requires extreme amounts of physical discipline. I can also be quite dangerous, if handled improperly. I...
