Hi my name is Lisa. I am 46 years old & grew up in Stratford Connecticut. I moved to the Tampa Bay area 20 years ago & everyday is still Paradise to me!
I consider myself a student of life & from time to time I like to string a few words together from my own unique perspective. I am not ready to quit my administrative day job just yet. But who knows maybe when I retire I will decide to be a writer!

Today's jam packed lifestyle is filled with circumstances both large & small that are stressed inducing. We often feel that we are doing more but are less fulfilled. I think that is because the one thing we are lacking is time. Time for ourselves. Time to rejuvenate. Time to "just be". Like many other people I commute an hour to & from work five days a week.
