Briefly me

My passion is ...

reading, writing, and planning my escape.

I know too much about ...

Sylvia Plath.

My parents always told me ...

to save my money.

My childhood ambition ...

to be a writer/teacher.

My favorite memory ...

Too many!

Why I write ...

Why not?

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

I just finished reading Twilight.

My first job ...

I've never had a typical 9 to 5 job. I write freelance and pray for lottery winnings.

My best moment ...

I took an essay writing class as an undergrad in college, and on the last day of class the professor said she'd saved my essay for last because it was the best, and she also said that it had been accepted for publication. She had me read it out loud and at the end everyone clapped. After class this one guy came up to me and said that he wished he could write like me. That's the best feeling in the world.

My inspiration ...

Every writer I've ever read.
