Being late for work does not really bother me. By late I am talking about a minute or two after nine, not strolling in 45 minutes to an hour late for no reason. I know some co-workers who take it as a personal affront to their very selves that one co-worker is constantly late for work. I do not, for several reasons. First, I do not base myself on what others do. Unless that person being three minutes late has a direct effect on me and my ability to perform my job, then it just does not matter.
