I was born in Rochester, New York, but lived near Ontario, New York until a few years later; I was born "a late life baby", some months premature and (quote) "not expected to live", to a mother with high blood pressure who was formerly involved with the medical profession, and a farmer father.
I was moved at a young age from near Ontario, New York to the notoriously oppressive, relentless heat and humidity of South Florida (plus other equally adverse things in my experience there); then, sure enough, my mother died of high blood pressure, probably aggravated by South Florida's heat and humidity, as, I would note here, there was practically no escape from it for my mother, since there was no air conditioning in the house or the car.
Meanwhile, similar to what I've heard about Thomas Edison being declared "uneducable (retarded)" by "education professionals", the very people who should have known better, I was being declared "retarded" by both children and adults, including "education professionals", the very people who should have known better. Plus, I was also mislabeled "hyperactive" (what would be today called "ADD/ADHD" according to today's "Alphabet Soup" fad). Yet, as for being "retarded", I ended-up being tested in sixth grade with an eight grade ability in some subjects; tested in eigth grade with a college ability in some subjects, and, for those who put much stock in such academic things, including "IQ scores", I ended-up testing with an IQ score very close to one side or the other of "genius", and as for "hyperactive (ADD/ADHD)", the truly observant noticed that whenever I was into something I was interested in, such as car magazines, or whatever, instead of being incapable of sitting still for more than three minutes, I would sit motionless for hours...So much for being "retarded" and "hyperactive/ADD/ADHD".
I will attempt to summerize everything later, but right now I have an obligation to attend to.

You can always find others worse-off than yourself (tangibly and/or intangibly), but to benefit the most (both others, and [unavoidably] yourself), requires that you stop comparing downward, aspire upward, and therefore find others who are better-off than you (tangibly and/or intangibly). After all, if you don't have as greatly as you could (in both ways), you can't give as greatly and uniquiely as you could, no matter how much you may wish to.
Through a number of factors, tires do affect fuel mileage.
For example: Low air pressure in tires adds excessive rolling resistance and friction. The less air in your tires, the more resistant they are to rolling; the more fuel it will take to drive your car; and so the less "miles per gallon" of fuel you will get. Note: "Rolling resistance" means what it sounds like: Resistance to rolling. As is the case with both tangible and intangible things, be they tires or attitudes, something inert (motionless), such as a tire, tends to stay inert unless acted upon from an outside influence.
