A baby boomer born and raised in Connecticut, I feel most content living west of the Rockies. Presently I reside with my husband in Gold Beach, Oregon, a small coastal town fifty miles north of the California border. Our daughter was born in Lake Tahoe, raised in Connecticut, educated in Arizona, California and Nevada, Leah is presently the wine director in an upscale restaurant in North Carolina. When I am not writing, I am playing on the beach with my dogs.

This is my holistic regime: daily intake of pure water is important and I start my day with a full sixteen ounce glass. I then take 3 Wobenzym-N, a German product so popular in that country that it is second only to aspirin. Please do a Google search and look into this fine product.
