I'm a retired constable after serving 30 years with the Ontario Provincial Police, now living in London, Ontario. I have written several short stories and two novelettes, but never tried to publish them. I have had letters-to-the-editor published in The Londoner, the London Free Press, the Toronto Sun, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post. I have also submitted Op-Eds to U.S. papers without success. I'll just forget about all that and write articles in Helium. It is much more fulfilling and exciting.
But things have changed for me. I have written three novels from April 2010 to May 2011. My publisher, Never Ending Publishing, has my first two. I expect all three to be published in 2011.
My first novel, "From My Heart and Her Hand", is the true story of my life with spirits and angels after the death of my wife, Yvonne on March 02, 2010. This includes Yvonne's spirit.
My second novel, "Through My Eyes and Into Your Heart", is a true story written by spirits and angels in Heaven. I typed the words, but they were not mine. Most of the time, I did not know what I was writing until I read it over later. It describes, through the eyes of Yvonne's spirit, Heaven, God, spirits and angels. It describes wars between powerful far-off planets. It also challenges the truth behind religions on our world and tells of God's displeasure with religions..
My third novel , "The Stone of the Ages", is science fiction about life on a powerful world. It descibes how the people on this world explore space and come into contact with aliens on other far-off worlds. Sometimes they help the aliens. Other times they destroy them. At the centre of the story is a rock called the Stone of the Ages. It's a living entity more powerful than all the other planets.
I have now taken time off to recover from the stress of writing three novels in only 13 months. I will continue, however, to rate articles on Helium.

For most Americans, the legacy of Lyndon Johnson is overshadowed by the Vietnam War and riots in American cities. But this man's legacy goes far beyond the war, far beyond the riots. His legacy is one that has brought medical care to the poor, higher educational standards for all children, and an attempt to reduce poverty. But his greatest legacy was to finally bring real freedom to African-Americans. As president of the United States, Lyndon Baines Johnson was responsible for designing the Great Society. This was a set of social reforms promoted in the United States on the initiative of J...
