About me - Doris E Rufli

About me

Born and educated in Switzerland, I moved to London / England in my early twenties, building on my training as a travel agent / administrator before moving to Vancouver / BC in spring 2004. After a successful career in the office covering travel, media, banking, law and just about everything in-between I decided to finally fulfill my life-long dream to becoming a writer. In April 2004 I attended the Vancouver Film School's one-year Writing for Film, TV and New Media course, graduating in spring 2005, and have been practicing my new skills ever since. I have published a number of articles on-line and in various publications in the UK as well as Canada, particularly on the subject of healing and alternative therapies as well as movie and some book reviews.
