Bringing in the new year doesn't have to be expensive at all. Here are some pointers if you have young kids at home. Go to your local dollar stores and shop around. Pick up some noise makers for the kids, they love them! Get some decorations too. Streamers, balloons, and confetti are big hits with kids. Buy some poster board and write out "happy new year" and other sayings in bubble letters. Let the kids color them in with markers or crayons. They will have a blast. After they are done, have them help you hang them around the house. Pick up some snack food. Chips and dip, cheese and cracke...
