To cancel your AOL account, call 1-888-265-8008. (Then select the voice prompt "Cancellations".) Note that AOL does NOT service this number around the clock, but they've recently added the ability to cancel your account online at any time by going to cancel.aol.com.

You can also mail your cancellation to AOL at PO Box 65100 / Sterling, VA 20165-8800 , or FAX it to 703-433-7283.
