Cauliflower is extremely nutritious and tasty, but it's all too easy to get into a bit of a rut preparing it in just one or two ways. This recipe has become the favored way to prepare cauliflower at my house, very simple and extremely flavorful. Even those who normally don't like cauliflower enjoy this recipe. This recipe is moderately hot, if you prefer less heat, don't use packaged Garam Masala and reduce the cayenne and cumin to taste.
