I love to write! It's as simple as that. I am a freelance writer as of this year. My main passion is Poetry, with creative writing falling a close second. I am also quite fond of writing product reviews. I like the depth of research that's needed to present a complete picture to the consumer. I write for several online consumer review Companies, where I advise consumers on a varied selection of products. My other main passion is the medium of film. My taste is quite diverse with a particular love of foreign cinema.

I love the English language. I love words, their meanings and structure. I studied English Language and English Literature, and I love all aspects of the written word. - What is it that compels us to write? I think writers are a strange, solitary breed, that feel a great need to express themselves with the written word. Writing is a compulsion, a drive, an all consuming need. 'I write. Therefore I am'.

The life of a writer is a crazy world. I write all night, and sleep by day. I am nocturnal, and draw my most inspiration when darkness falls. It all started when I won a poetry prize at boarding school when I was 10, and here I am today, still writing. My Poetry has been published when I was younger, and again recently. I read my poetry for the BBC when taking part in a poetry marathon for charity on behalf of the University Poetry club. I enjoy attending poetry slams with other performance artists. I also put my words to music, and have written quite a few songs. One day I'll do something with them; one day -

'I always wanted to be a Poet, a writer, with words endlessly dripping through the tips of my fingers, onto paper forever imprinted.'

'I always wanted to be a rapper, a singer, an interpreter of words, with the silver delivery, the vocal impresser, the audio enhancer with the power of my chords.'

' I always wanted to be an actor, a narrator, with my spoken persuasion, a clown in a mask for the whole world to see. Painting a smile for every occasion, applauding my audience with gay reverie.'

The trouble is I always wanted to be a lot of things.

I am very competitive, and enjoy entering various writing competitions, and I have won and placed in many. I have also placed two times out of three on Helium. So I am pleased with that, - It's a start, and I am currently writing for the publishers and hope to be chosen soon. *I am published! - I entered for the first time last week and was chosen :) I am very happy!~This site holds amazing potential for the serious writer. I am dyslexic which is a real frustration, and writing an article can take me a very long time.-

These tiny pets are highly in demand at the moment. But should we be encouraging the breeders in the supply and demand of the Exotic Sugar Glider? Delicate and extremely demanding I worry that these creatures are doomed to a very ugly fate. In the short term they are highly desirable. But in reality they need a huge amount of caring for.

Another short lived trend I feel and the future of the Sugar Glider as a domestic pet seemed doomed to failure. ~
