I am happily married with 2 children, a boy & a girl. I love to research and write about any subject that catches my attention, which can lead to a very time consuming "hobby" (if I can still call it that). I love working with and helping others learn, especially children of all ages.
Currently I am working as a teacher in the secondary science education field, but am looking to move more into science and/or medical research. I love teaching and it has always been a passion of mine since I taught my first Sunday School class, but I have reached a point in life where I just want to broaden my horizons and continue to grow professionally. Research provides the opportunity to both broaden my horizons and grow professional, and at the same time it allows me to stay in a field that I am very passionate about.
Like being a teacher the research arena can be a very special place because of the life changing accomplishments that can be made, which can positively effect hundreds, thousands or even millions of people in a variety of ways from improving their health or any situation they may have to even saving their life.

There is and always will be those who are out to take advantage of others by selling and/or producing "fake" autographs. However, what is often over-looked is the negative effects that many of the authentication companies play in the hobby. PSA/DNA is one of the largest authentication firms that deals with sports autographs. While many collectors put trust in their services, they are little more than collectors who state their untrained and uncertified opinion. They do not have one person on...
