I am the type of writer who writes and camps outside of the proverbial 'box'. With a love of God, horses, unicorns, and any other 'mythical' creature as some have coined them to be that walks my way, I'm proud to say that Christian literature, non-urban fantasy, and animals (real or imaginary) are my strong points and once I get to thinking outside of the box, it is very difficult to get me back in.
My love of sugar peas, gourds, and gardening is up there with my love of horses and pets, often getting me into trouble. But it is the interesting quirks in life that make me interesting, and I love to have fun and make people laugh with my writing. At the same time, I can be a very serious write tackling serious concepts when the need arises.
I enjoy playing the field when it comes to writing in general with special preference to quirky, off-beat articles no one else might like to write. My current ambition is attempting to publish my first novel, while working on a plethora of short stories to keep my writing skills sharp and improve upon them on my spare time.
I write because I want to, not because someone tells me to. If someone doesn't like what I write, then that is there problem. Nothing's going to make me stop writing any time soon.
My passion is ...
Crafting worlds and characters, putting them on paper, and allowing other people to visit my world at their own leisure.
I know too much about ...
Some of my characters - and ::shifty eyes:: sugar peas...
My parents always told me ...
That's fine that you live in your own little world. Just be back by dinner.
My childhood ambition ...
To find a unicorn.
My favorite memory ...
Growing a tomato plant in a second story gutter.
Why I write ...
Because it is the only type of freedom where you can create a world, live in it, and learn from it, without anyone telling you otherwise. That, and I want to.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
I'm reading the Left Behind Series and listening to Casting Crowns. I don't watch TV.
My first job ...
Hand Pollenator and specialty parts maker at Meadowbrooke Gourds. Still doing it and loving every minute of it too. :)
My best moment ...
I have a lot of best moments. :) But the best of them all is yet to come.
My inspiration ...
Jesus Christ. You can't tell me that the Savior who died for me is not someone worth looking up to and serving for eternity.
Review for Yummy Drink Factory Alas a game that manages to combine the elements of fantasy, fun, strategy, and a mythical cafe. In Yummy Drink Factory, the goal is simple - combine a variety of ingredients to form recipes to serve to fairytale characters and try to earn as many tips (jems that can be used to decorate your cafe) and gold as possible per day. At having three modes of play with three levels of difficulty (a story mode, a freeform play mode where you work with the game's recipes, and a freeform play mode where recipes that are created by the player are used), there is somethin...
