: About Me

My name is Martin Matthews and I live in Southern California. I started writing poems at about twelve and then went onto create short stories based on characters I daydreamed about. I spend a lot of time writing and directing. A short film I wrote and directed on suicide awareness was highlighted by the FOX TV show, "On The Lot".
I've lived on three different continents and I'm fluent in French. I'm quite open with my personal life and often use my own experiences as examples in my writing. Some of my work has been published in nationwide magazines and I currently write film reviews for a regional start-up magazine called, GOOD TASTE INTERNATIONAL.

The little black dress is timeless and thus far my favorite memory of a woman in a little black dress is Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast At Tiffany's. Modern and fun women have since added their own twists to it. Nowadays, the little black dress accentuates legs, curves, and even dcolletages.
