Married father of one. I find it odd that some people on this site say they aspire to write, yet can only produce a sentence or two on any given subject. You can't really write about anything unless you have something to say. Well, at least that's my take on it...
My passion is ...
I would say writing, but it's definately everything that leads up to it. Brainstorming and imagining are my favorite things.
I know too much about ...
Entertainment. My wife's DVD collection rivals that of Netflix and Blockbuster. I don't think I've seen half of what we have, but I know I've seen a lot.
My parents always told me ...
I could be whatever I wanted, until I told them what I wanted to be.
My childhood ambition ...
I had no idea what I was going to be. The future scared me. I loved being young.
My favorite memory ...
There was a sixth month period in high school where I lived with my best friend. All the things kids do when they're teens happened in those six months. Probably the best time of my life.
Why I write ...
I feel like it's what I'm supposed to do. Doctors heal, teachers teach, I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to write.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
Haven't started a new book yet, waiting for my TV shows to end so I can get back to my life, and listening to random music everyday.
My first job ...
Delivering papers at 4:30 in the morning for CD money.
My best moment ...
The first time I held my daughter. I wanted a boy, but now I want to have only girls.
My inspiration ...
Life and those around me. Everything I've read or experienced has influenced me in some way. If I need to feel inspired I just turn on the television for an hour or go see a movie. If I need some hardcore inspiration I'll devour a book or two.
