Chipotle restaurant style guacamole 1 ripe avocado 1/2 a small red onion, finely chopped 1/2 a lime 1/2 - 1 jalapeno depending on how hot you want it, chopped 1 handful of cilantro, roughly chopped Hefty pinch of salt Optional: 1 clove of garlic, minced Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scrape the flesh out with a fork. Before mashing, squeeze half a lime over the avocado. The lime juice will prevent the avocado from browning as well as add some flavor.
