was to be a teacher. I did teach for a few years. Now I write books that teachers use.

My favorite memory ...

is walking through the woods and finding a piece of pine bark that, through its patterns and grain completely depicted the life journey I was on.

Why I write ...

I write to share with others this experience of life. I'm sure my journey is not unique.

I did pet sitting for a neighbor.

is sitting at the beach and listening to the roar of the ocean waves.
