Whether or not your baby is getting enough breast milk is one of the biggest concerns of new moms. One cannot measure how much the baby is consuming, unless one strictly pumps and bottle feeds. Many women are led to believe that they are not producing enough, usually during a growth spurt. So how can one be sure that baby is getting enough? 1) Wet and dirty diapers.
