I have a great love for animals. I have 5 loving dogs, a loving fiance, and a crazy rabbit all in my little house. My animals are my children.

I work for a trucking company in the payroll/billing department and it's not what I want to do with my life. I really want to work with animals and own my own pet shop. My fiance and I are trying hard to save money so that we can start our own pet shop.

I ran across Helium and thought it was a wonderful idea. I look forward to reading other's articles and hope others enjoy mine!

Pet Insurance has both it's pros and cons. I have several friends who have had experiences with pet insurance that were both good and bad. A few years ago I signed up for Pet Insurance for my Dalmation/Mix dog, Daisy. She was very ill as a puppy and I thought it was a smart idea to get pet insurance. What I realized is that it was a complete waste of money. Pet Insurance won't cover anything where the problem is not specifically identified.
