: About Me

I am a lover of travel, pets and the Lord. I have been to many third world countries trying to offer a helping hand. I have so much that I want to give back. Yet, I always return having been given more than give.

I have six dogs that love to run and play in a huge, fenced yard. I delight in watching them play from the kitchen window and often join them in the fun they have.

I am a Christian and believe that God loves all and we are called to do the same. I believe that there are actions that we cannot "tolerate" in the name of political correctness. I think that Jesus is the way to salvation and that He has made that path available. I believe that I should share that with people more than I do. I also believe that I am to love and help people no matter what faith or lack of faith they embrace. Hopefully through that love, I can share the love that has saved me.

The two greatest in the Bible are to love the Lord your God with all your heart and to love your neighbor as yourself. With this in mind, I not only think it is a good idea to help and/or love your neightbor, but is something that is a calling of God. Loving your neighboring and offering them help out of the goodness of your heart is way for one to show the love of God to others without being too preachy.
