About me? That has to be one of the most difficult questions someone can ask.
Facts about me, intresting or not:
I was born in a small town in Canada on a sunny day in August. Father worked, mother barely took care of the house and children. They divorced, I remained with father. We moved, alot, until I finally settled down and got married at a very young age - and even after 14 years, I still adore her. She is my sole insperation.
My favorite people in this world, my wife and her two boys and their 2 girls.
My favorite car has always been a '69 Camaro. But I suppose if I cannot have my dream car I would settle on a Mustang - new or old.
My passion is history. I had considered, long ago, teaching until I realized history is only ever written by the winner and alas isn't always factual. I am a firm believer in the truth.
I am not always the optimist, though I try and although at times I seem to be a bit of fatilist, I do believe that every man (or woman) can change their stars.
I work and soley support my family and in my spare time I write - then is their opportunity to support me (that is when they can manage to stay out of my office).
Music I love, easy one, Classical Spanish and Flamenco - I can even tap out a few steps, though I doubt anyone would pay to watch.
I enjoy endless hours in a good book or enjoying a good movie.
I am passionate about subjects and causes I believe in. (My wife claims I've been a warrior several lifetimes - so I do consider reincarnation as a truth.)
Oh yes, before I have forgotten, when I grow up I think I'd like to be a famous author.

Should the UN outlaw using children for suicide bombing? As a humanitarian, I would have expected them to outlaw the use of children long ago, why have they not already? This debate, for me, is neither black or white or an easy yes or no. To say no deems I might not be concerned with the welfare of the children involved in this senseless crime I solemnly believe that children are God's greatest gift. On the other hand to say, yes might say I am not looking at the entire picture. Trust - I do not sit on the fence on this issue - terrorist acts need to end on every level, for the good of all...
