Scheduled feeding refers to the principle of feeding your baby every two hours (for example), regardless of whether he is crying with hunger, or asleep, or happily playing with his toes.

Feeding every two hours, should ensure that your baby does not go hungry (at least hopefully not for long) and that he gets the correct amount of milk. However I can see three main SHORT and LONG TERM problems with this structured feeding:
