I am a 32 year old man with a beautiful wife that I'm desperately in love with, and 2 mostly great children that keep my life interesting. I've always wanted to find out if other people would care about what i had to say, whether it be in poetry, stories, or random thought writing. I am a Christian that believes being a Christian doesn't have to make you dull. I enjoy motorcycles, music, quiet time with God and loud time with friends.

GOOD MORNING

i awoke this morning smiling
as i lay, listening to the soft rhythm
of your sleeping breath
i thought to myself
"i am a lucky man"
i turned my head to watch the rise and fall of your breasts
as you held on to the remnants of the dream you were having
the fading light of the setting moon
softly lit the beauty of your face
how lovely you are in the morning
with your hair spread on the pillow
while your head gently rests on your arm
