Born 1966...
Sometimes we write pieces and present with enthusiasm and extreme haste. It would seem Helium taught me this;

"we do live long enough to regret our actions".

"Post in haste, repent in leisure".

I have met some extremely wonderful people in the, Helium Coffee House, and some complete muppets. That's life! What does one expect from the internet? Too much expectation will lead to disappointment!

I shall return to make changes, as my writing skills improve, to ensure your reading experience of my submissions improves.

A second grandson takes me away from the Internet, and back into the outside world. To play football and run and enjoy the lives, of new life!

line.
It rained today and no one came,
and yesterday was much the same.
Some days wood pegs my little friends,
like birds,sit resting at both ends.
Whilst raindrops run to where I dip,
then one by one they drip, drip, drip
I'm sad they've gone but understand,
their destination is the land.

I like those days of wind and sun,
they guarantee someone will come.
As colours run along my length,
I hold both hooks to show my strength.
Then swing and sway, in fun filled glee,
as all will when they've company.
When younger I would grow depressed,
when I was left alone undressed!
