Of course she has what it takes, as it requires only to be a female of the appropriate age, but more so because you never know how a baby changes people. She may become a good person when she notices that she actually has to take responsibilty not only for herself but for another person too.
Her recent actions have not really shown that she is ready for the lifetime commitment of having a child. Another thing to consider is that she has the money to hire everyone neccessary to raise a child without a bit of effort from her.
