To Lose weight and keep it off I would like to relate my experience.For years I carried an extra twenty pounds of weight.I ran and played sports but nothing seemed to work.Then I stopped driving after an accident.Then I had to walk or ride a bike to get to where I wanted.Since I did not have a vehicle to work with I had to take a new job that necessitated walking. (A lot of walking) I still ran for cardio benefits but at least four days a week I did a lot of walking some days at least five kilometers. I kept on for two years and the weight came off.Twenty pound...
