I am from the Boston, MA area and love the variety it has to offer. Hiking, swimming, museums, restaurants and theater. This area has everything. From my home I can walk across the river to watch the Boston Pops play on the Esplanade or to the North End for a good meal and a glass of wine.

I come from a large(oldest of twelve siblings), growing and loving family and enjoy the time I get to spend with them. Without human children of my own, I have filled my home with furry "kids".

All three of my dogs are certified Therapy Dogs and we visit local hospitals on a regular basis. I also teach a class designed to certify people,and their dogs, to be able to visit those in need of company. I have been amazed to see what a difference a visit from a dog can make in someone's life. As Irish Wolfhounds my dogs are big, furry, peaceful dogs and are wonderful companions and visitors.

With a long career history in the 401(k) recordkeeping field, a layoff forced me to consider a new career path. I am currently employed as a Business Analyst and have a second, pretty much full-time, job in Customer Service. I am hoping to eventually turn my writing into more of a career path or at least a part-time venture.
