Ingredients:
Basmati Rice 1 cup
Frozen peas 1/2 cup
One onion red or yellow
One Plum tomato
1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 table spoon of Garam Masala ( Indian Spice)
2 Green Chillies
20 mint leaves
one cup of fresh Coconut milk
Salt to taste
Its always good to soak basmati rice in water for 1/2 hour before cooking.
