About me - Brittany Franks

About me

Briefly me

My passion is ...

Writing, reading and learning

I know too much about ...

Harry Potter

My parents always told me ...

You're loud!

My childhood ambition ...

Write a bestseller in year 2. Don't laugh. It's quite sad how totally out of proportion your dreams can become when you know so little about the world. Knowlege may further your understanding, but it also crushes your posibilities.

My favorite memory ...

First publishes piece: in grade 4 my account of our excursion to Canberra was the first article written by a student ever to be published in the weekly newsletter.

Why I write ...

To try my hardest to discover and divulge all the mysteries of life! Plus, it's so damn fun.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

I'm reading anything containing words, watching The Simpson's and listening to Regina Spektor

My first job ...

Hmm...I babysit my 3 year old neighbourgh once a fortnight. Does that count? No, seriously if any one needs a hard working and commited almost-fourteen-year-old, I'm yours!

My best moment ...

A triple pluses on my report card for English, Music and Drama!

My inspiration ...

Anyone who can put a pen to paper, assemble words and change or reinforce the way I think about something. I also have to thank Miss. Petilla, my English teacher, the first and only human capable of prising the Harry Potter sereis out of my hands (but not out of my heart) and convincing me to try reading something else.

It's us; we are the cancer of the planet for our comfort causes it pain Bridge: Our lungs: pollution moves in, having filled the air. Our blood: heavy metals from the water aren't rare.
