I am a 65 yo male. recently divorced after 35 years and 11 months of marriage. I do not have a clue regarding my part in the divorce. In the process, I began journalizing and allowed some friends to review my work. They suggested that what I wrote and the way I wrote it might be of interest to others with similar experiences.

I hate to wear clothing, except when cold. I believe in God and love. I work in the medical profession. Yoga is my preferred exercise, but my dog loves to harass me to walk him regularly. Pranayama and meditation are practiced regularly.

Solitude is good. True friends and lovers are better. Live today in excellence, yesterday is over, tomorrow will come when it's ready.
