blogging at this time. But I have always been passionately involved in what I am doing at any given time in my life.

Nothing! Nothing at all. There is always a new shinning treasure to find even when walking pathways you have walked before.

My parents always told me ...

My first word was "Why". And nothing has changed over 66 years so I suppose my last word on Earth and my first word in Heaven will be "Why" too.

My childhood ambition ...

Never had an ambition. My son came to me when he was 18 and told me he didn't know what he wanted to do so he was going into the Army. I assured him that was okay because at age 46 neither did I know what I wanted to be when I grew up.

My favorite memory ...

Why I write ...

It's fun. And I have so much I want to say, so much I want to teach the young about what I have learned so they may not make the same mistakes. And they needn't fear learning from me and not making the mistakes I made because there will still be many left that can be theirs alone.

My own business at age 8 was selling Christmas cards when out of school in the summer and then making deliveries in November just in time to get out for Christmas.
