Cecilia Ball is a freelance writer located in Northern Kentucky. She earned her bachelor of science degree from DeVry University-Chicago where she majored in accounting and technical management. As the holiday season approaches, the corners and entrances of merchant squares will fill with volunteers clutching coin pails and jingle bells.
