I don't believe the entertainment industry should be held liable for what people do to themselves! The government plays a big role in saying how much people should weigh. Even the Health officials say we should be thin too. Not everyone should be thin, some people were born to be big...to others, food is an addiction that completely takes them over. Sure some people are so obese they are very unhealthy, can't move around and this is not good for anyone.
